The third pool we have designed and constructed for this client
This is the third pool that we have constructed for this client, each one a little more stunning. The pool was designed to maximize the land available. This led to the pool being constructed up against the house and adjacent to the basement. This creates a striking look from within the house and gives the appearance of floating on water from inside. At night with the lights on the pool glows and can be enjoyed from inside as a water feature, as much as it is when swimming.
The pool gives something for exercise and fitness, with a 15m lap lane enough to get a gentle workout, and then a spa to relax afterwards. The pool opens up at one end to create an area for family fun and play that is enjoyed in the summer months.
The pool includes most modern low maintenance features including Paramount PCC2000 infloor cleaning, Gemini Water Management System and automatic water leveling. The heating is by solar and gas which helps to extend the use throughout the year.
This pool was a great success and ultimately awarded Gold for Best Concrete Pool under $100,000 at the 2010 SPASA Awards of Excellence.
