From day 1 they were very prompt with meeting onsite to go over design ideas and options for ease of maintenance and ultimate performance .Most importantly Dean was very upfront with costs and possible savings and ultimately delivered us a first class pool and spa that our family will enjoy for years .
Matt has been fantastic over seeing the project and very informative and particular with the final handover of the pool .
It was also very reassuring to have Dean drop in to check over the pool to make sure everything was as promised .

As someone with very little pool experience I can't speak highly enough about the Neptune team. Total professionals throughout the design and build process and the highest quality outcome imaginable. The best part is that the simple to use chlorination, heating and infloor cleaning technology installed has made the pool a dream to use and maintain. The pool has been used almost every day over the last few months. As an added bonus, there's something deeply meditative/pleasurable about watching the infloor cleaning do it's job or maybe that's just me 😉

Not for this concept package. It’s designed to give you a resolved vision and scope. If you proceed to build or require detailed documentation, we can work with your architect/landscape designer or provide a referral.
Can you design to a specific style or brief?
Yes—modern coastal, formal geometric, family-friendly or resort-inspired. Share mood images and we’ll align the materials palette and forms accordingly.
Will the design suit Melbourne conditions and regulations?
Yes. Our due diligence considers local planning, levels and services, and we design with Victorian construction standards in mind.
What if I want more revisions?
One round is included; additional refinement can be added to the scope.
