This project has some serious ‘wow’ factor. The stunning granite-clad infinity wall creates a prominent feature and also serves as the pool barrier, maximising the split-level block and promoting a sense of openness within the backyard.
The pool and surrounding landscape were designed by us using our design-concept development service. This service allows clients to visualise the finished project and make any changes before construction has even begun, making the process much smoother.
The deck and the pool were constructed simultaneously, seamlessly joining onto the existing patio. We further integrated the new pool area with the existing space with a complementary colour palette and lush greenery. Designed with family fun and relaxation in mind, the finished product is a natural extension of the home.
The landscaping for this project was also designed by us. The bamboo planted along the boundary fence will become a ‘green screen’ as it grows, providing privacy and enhancing the tranquillity of the space. The gentle flow of the water over the infinity edge also promotes a serene ambiance, while natural stone accents add to the organic aesthetic.
The pool is self cleaning with a Paramount PCC2000 infloor cleaning system and fully automated with control of all features via an app. The filtration system is a combination of glass media filter with a variable speed pump to operate efficiently and lower running costs. Magnesium salts are used to chlorinate the pool and spa, which are pleasant to swim in and are also a muscle relaxant.
Powder-blue was used for the pool, while a contrasting charcoal mosaic was used for the spa. Every detail of this project exudes luxury, and the fittings are no exception.
You can find this pool in the pool and outdoor magazine.
