Pool 9470, Spa, Toorak

We collaborated with Davies Henderson on this project to produce a lavish outdoor pool for the backyard, an indoor spa and one of a kind water feature for this amazing Toorak residence.

Indoor Spa

The spa’s grand design and careful execution makes it a unique feature in the basement of this home. The Bisazza ‘Bonaparte’ glass mosaic mural is the focal point as you enter the spa. Carefully crafted, the unique feature fits with the home’s other luxurious touches. The mural sits opposite four wide rolled entry steps for easy access into the spa. Curved edges ensure a smooth transition with all tiles laid properly. Lights strategically placed along the steps help to brighten the entry area, as the indoor environment provides the challenge of being naturally darker than outdoors.

The Bisazza tile blend was selected with a range of different shades that help to accentuate the mosaic mural feature, but also complement the existing colour scheme within the health and wellness area of the home. Fully tiled from floor to ceiling, which is 3.5m high, this is the perfect private oasis that adds the ultimate touch to this luxury residence.

This spa possesses quality systems and equipment to a commercial standard, including five lights, ten jets with a 3.0hp boost pump and floor bubblers with commercial a blower. This creates a vigorous bubbling and water pressure environment able to deliver a significant massage to the user. The spa is linked in with the home automation and operable from all the touchscreens within the home plus all of the resident’s mobile devices.
