Pool 9581, Pool + Spa, and Ice Bath, Toorak

In collaboration with Davies Henderson and Jack Merlo Landscape Design, we had the opportunity to build 3 separate projects within the lavish multi-story home in Toorak.

Pool and Spa 

The perfect contrasting finish to the house, the pool breaks the continuation of the travertine stone seen throughout the property, to reveal the stunning Bisazza glass mosaic in ‘Gloria’. Not only does this expand the colour pallet within the backyard, but also makes the pool and spa and eye-catching feature from the rooms throughout the multiple levels of the home.

Uncommon in most residential pools, the ‘knife style’ wet edge design is an upscale and complex design. Complementing the sleek and contemporary architecture of the home, this design technique of water flow requires careful consideration, precision and state of the art equipment. The overflowing water continues through the break in the travertine stone and is then recycled back into the pool through the filtration system, exuding remarkable style and appeal.

Ice Bath

The final addition to the home is a permanent ice bath, located in the homes basement, within the homes wellness retreat. Full tiled in a 50mm x 50mm vanilla, ceramic mosaic, it compliments the surrounding illuminated ‘tiger onyx’ wall. The perfect feature for any athletic family, it’s no wonder this incredible space was added onto this family’s must haves.
